DIANA MAYANTS

PT, DPT, OCS, CMPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist
Certified Manual Physical Therapist

Diana is a dual–board certified orthopedic manual physical therapist—one of the few in NJ—who focuses on helping patients return to pain‑free, confident movement. With advanced certifications in both orthopedic clinical practice (OCS) and manual therapy (CMPT), she uses highly specialized techniques to identify the root cause of pain and guide patients toward lasting results.

Her clinical approach centers on the individual. Every session begins with a thoughtful conversation and a comprehensive assessment, looking beyond symptoms to understand how the whole body is contributing to discomfort or limitation. This detailed, patient‑focused process allows Diana to create targeted treatment plans that support faster recovery, improved mobility, and long‑term independence.

Diana’s background in acute care and outpatient orthopedics—including orthopedics, neurology, pulmonary, and ICU settings—gives her a broad perspective on healing and rehabilitation. She uses this experience to help patients of all ages and activity levels feel stronger, move better, and return to what they love.

Education and empowerment are central to her philosophy. Patients leave each session with a clearer understanding of their bodies and practical strategies to maintain progress between visits.

Outside the clinic, Diana teaches in Columbia University’s Physical Therapy program and enjoys Pilates, trail running, and running after her kids.
